Email has been blocked

An email message stating “Your email access has been blocked” means you are still using a legacy authentication method on your mobile device. Legacy authentications were removed when multi-factor authentication was implemented.

You will need to remove your email account from the phone or mobile device.  And then either re-add it or download the MS Outlook app.


Here are two options for you to try:

1) Delete your account from the mail app you currently use on your phone, and add it again as a new account, choosing “setup automatically,” Use your TUNetID and password

2) Download and set up the Outlook app from the App store or Google Play store, and enter your account information, also choosing “setup automatically”
