An email message stating “Your email access has been blocked” means you are still using a legacy authentication method on your mobile device. Legacy authentications were removed when multi-factor authentication was implemented.
You will need to remove your email account from the phone or mobile device. And then either re-add it or download the MS Outlook app.
Here are two options for you to try:
1) Delete your account from the mail app you currently use on your phone, and add it again as a new account, choosing “setup automatically,” Use your TUNetID @utulsa.edu and password
2) Download and set up the Outlook app from the App store or Google Play store, and enter your account information, also choosing “setup automatically”
